SIRA intends to take more direct action in regard to ‘providers’ including “requiring a service provider to take specific action or to provide services to injured persons in a specified way”.

We do not know, at this stage, what this specifically means and note that SIRA is holding consultations about the regulations that give effect to this legislative change.
